Update: A manager called me and said they can have another technician come out to redo the service. I appreciate the call and I do trust the company does the right thing for the right reason. I had Logan originally do my estimate for my house.

However, two kids (probably 19-20 yrs old) came to clean the air ducts. They seemed to be in a rush when in the past one of their technicians did my brother’s house was very thorough and did not rush.

I remember since I watched how they did their job, same with these two kids.

They did not have the shoe covers which I asked them to put on especially on my rugs since they were brand new.

My family has a strong no shoe on rug policy. They couldn’t do two of my vents because of the arch of them which they did deduct off the estimate price. I mentioned to them I had an email that would reduce the cost and the furnace would be covered. I’m not sure what the guy said but I know Logan saw the email and mentioned he would reduced the price.

That’s why I understand why the same technician should come out to the house if they wrote up the estimate. I wished the kids respected my house a little more by using the shoes covers and taking their time and not rushing.

I don’t think they even did my mainlines properly but how would I know I’m not a technician. I had to rearrange my vent covers because some were upside down. I noticed in one room the paint was ripped off and the vent was upside down. I paid $430 for everything.

They also forgot to turn our ac system back on so my family was hot for an hour before I realized it was still turned off. I also felt a little off with one of the kids asking how I will pay in the beginning but I understand it’s protocol.

Usually the technicians does the job and then ask for how I will be paying them. Idk just little things. One of them seemed especially upset. Logan was originally supposed to clean the air ducts on the day he did the estimate but couldn’t because the machine in the van broke down. Overall it could have been better and more like how my brother’s house was done.
