Our Beginnings

The company started in 1994 with two employees and one truck servicing the Mahoning Valley. By 2001, it had expanded into western Pennsylvania, and today Steam Action has 22 employees and 9 trucks. Steam Action cleans carpet, upholstery, and ceramic tile in over 40 homes and businesses a day. Locally owned and operated by Bob Goodrich, Steam Action Carpet Cleaning is a member of the Better Business Bureau, They are proud to be certified by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification), and the cleaning technicians participate in continuing education yearly. Steam Action Carpet Cleaning uses the highest quality cleaning agents and equipment, meeting gold standards set by the Carpet and Rug Institute.
