My wife called several companies to get a quote about getting our carpets cleaned, and they all acted like it was a inconvenience for them. One company even made the comment “you’re gonna need to get it done anyways, so just go ahead and get it done”. Then she called All Star Home Services. Brandon was the young man that answered the phone. He was very professional, had good manors (can tell he was raised with good manners and good morals) and answered every question we had. Being professional, attentive, and having great manners on the phone, we knew there was no one else we wanted to come clean our carpets. Brandon came on time. Got to our home, did a walk through and explained everything and again answered all our questions. After he was done, our carpets looked like they were new! We are VERY happy with the job that he did, and even more impressed with his professionalism and good manners. Brandon and All Star Home Services is the example of how all companies should be. We will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to everyone. I left a 5 Star review only because it won’t let me leave a 10 Star. Thank you Brandon and All Star Home Services.
